Black art week-Condesa neighborhood

Hi welcome back everyone!

I want to share that I am still living my life in Central America and have been here for almost a whole year now.

I’m currently in Mexico City as I was invited to events for Black Art Week and I loved it.

I’m definitely coming back!

If you know me then you know this is one of my favorite cities and countries in the world.

I visited in August 2022, and I am glad I was able to return.

I met so many incredible people this past week along my journey and want to share!

A friend ended up giving me a private tour of the Palacio De Bellas Artes and Diego Mural, and I also got to really enjoy the local galleries as well.

Super Bowl Sunday

I had an amazing time at Bar Romelia and enjoyed watching the Super Bowl there with my friends and it was amazing seeing the different cultures through the screen that I have come to love living in South Florida and the Americas.

Bad Bunny did an amazing job celebrating the diversity and communities of the Americas, and I’m glad I got to witness it while being in one of the most diverse cities in the world.

I spent my last day there at the Casa Estudio by Luis Barragán and the Diego Rivera Mural Museum, doing pilates, and a local bus tour, and of course inside some local bookstores.

I even got to attend a Lucha Libre event for the first time, and I got to see Mexican sports up close and I loved every moment of it. I got a mask too!

I was invited to go places by friends I met from groups on WhatsApp, and it’s because of that I made many friends along the way to enjoy my time with!

I loved every neighborhood and part of the city that I visited, and I will be coming back for another visit to CDMX! Who knows? Maybe it will be for the upcoming World Cup!

Thanks for reflecting with me!

Until the next adventure,
